Reigning Mr. Olympia Samson Dauda is keeping his training routine fresh heading into his title defense. On August 27, 2025, he teamed up with Quinton Eriya and Andrea Presti for a hardcore arms workout less than seven weeks from hitting the stage.

“We’re officially less than seven and a half weeks out from the Olympia,” Dauda said.

Last year, Samson Dauda defeated Hadi Choopan and Derek Lunsford to become the 19th Mr. Olympia champion. Instead of sitting out, he opted to compete in March at the 2025 Arnold Classic . Despite being the favorite, Dauda took second place behind Derek Lunsford, who nailed his peak, presenting arguably his best leg and back definition.
