RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Three Richmond Public Schools (RPS) were ranked in Virginia's top 50 by U.S. News & World Report.
A new ranking by U.S. News & World Report shows Open High School and Richmond Community High School ranked within the top 5 of the top 50 schools in the Commonwealth -- a ranking which they also reached in last year's best schools.
This year, the report shows that Open High School earned second place and Richmond Community earned fourth place. Meanwhile, new contender Franklin Military Academy earned the 50th spot on the list.
