WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A man was arrested after Winston-Salem police say he shot a minor on Wednesday night.
Police said they arrived to the 900 block of East Sprague Street and found a juvenile with a gunshot wound in the arm.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
Police arrested Willie Williams, 53, and charged him with Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury and Possession of Firearm By Felon.
Williams was given a $150,000 bond.
