MINNEAPOLIS — A shooter opened fire on students and worshipers in Annunciation Church in Minneapolis, killing two and injuring 17 on Wednesday morning.

Memorial Blood Centers (MBC) has declared a "blood emergency" on its website. According to MBC, its inventory is at a 3–day level and donations are needed to make sure there is a supply for all patients in the days and weeks ahead.
