LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Central Arkansas Water announced that their crews are currently working to fix a 12 foot AC main pipe that burst at the Intersection of Asher and University.

The repairs are expected to impact 28 customers, but Central Arkansas Water expects those that are affected will recover water service in roughly 4 hours.

"Central Arkansas Water crews are working to repair a 12" AC main pipe that burst earlier this morning at the intersection of Asher and University. Water service is expected to be restored to 28 affected customers within approximately 4 hours," the company said.

There's currently no information on what caused the pipe to burst.
