BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – One of the most recent executive orders by President Trump is garnering a lot of attention as it challenges a past supreme court ruling.

This week, President Trump signed an executive order criminalizing flag burning, the act punishable for up to one year in jail.

Western Kentucky University political science professor Jeffrey Budziak said he didn’t foresee this legally passing a lower level court.
