For the past 12 meetings between the Somerset Lady Jumpers and the Pulaski County Lady Maroons, Somerset had firmly dominated, winning 12 straight straight and outscoring their rivals 53-10 in the process. With a fantastic group of freshmen coming into the Maroon program this year, it was time for Pulaski County to flip the series on its head. That came to fruition on Tuesday, as the Lady Maroons took down Somerset at Clara Morrow Field by a final score of 3-1.

Pulaski had firm control over the ball over the first several minutes, as Bella-Cate Dugger, Adrianna Monroe and Reagan Davis all had shots that nearly resulted in an early Maroon lead. Dugger went down with a potential ankle injury in the eighth minute, but later returned to the game.
