SARATOGA SPRINGS – Saratoga Springs was presented a six-year plan for capital improvements that calls for $2.6 million to be spent in the upcoming year.

The plan is submitted annually prior to the council’s first scheduled meeting in September. It must be approved by council majority for the projects listed in the first fiscal year to be included in next year’s city budget.
