John Quinn, come on down! You’re the next showrunner for “ The Price is Right !”

Variety has learned that Quinn, a game show veteran, will take over the top spot at the long-running Fremantle -CBS series. Quinn will take over showrunning duties from Evelyn Warfel, who became showrunner on the series back in 2019 . Warfel was the first woman to lead “The Price is Right” in its 50+ year history.

“John brings a dynamic energy, remarkable creativity, and a collaborative spirit that elevates every production he touches,” said Jennifer Mullin, CEO of Fremantle. “Combined with his rare ability to adapt with the times while honoring tradition, make him the ideal choice to carry this iconic mainstay of television forward.”
