A woman from Franklin County on Wednesday admitted using stolen mail to commit bank and check fraud.
Miranda Burgess, 30, pleaded guilty to all 13 counts that she faced: one count of aggravated identity theft, three counts of possession of stolen mail and nine counts of bank fraud, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri. ×
