RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - The Reno Tahoe International Art Show (RTIA) is returning to the Reno-Sparks Convention Center Thursday-Sunday, Sept. 11-14 for the fourth edition of the celebrated fine art fair featuring one of the largest indoor presentations of sculpture in the nation.
