GRANITEVILLE, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - Crews in Graniteville battled a house fire Thursday afternoon.

The fire started in the carport and quickly spread to the house.

It was reported soon after 1 p.m. and the house was fully ablaze by 1:10, according to crews at the scene.

Firefighters from multiple agencies were helping fight the blaze in the small brick house.

All residents of the home had reportedly gotten out by the time the fire was reported.

It was declared under control at 1:32 p.m.
