Father of 11-year-old survivor of Minneapolis shooting says she suffers from guilt

Vincent Francoual, the father of an 11-year-old girl who survived the #shooting at Annunciation Catholic #School in #Minneapolis, said that his daughter doesn't want to go back to school and has expressed wanting to move to France, where his family is from.
