PICO RIVERA, Calif. (KABC) -- Authorities on Thursday identified the suspect wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a 13-year-old boy who was waiting for his mother at the Pico Rivera gas station where she was working.
Speaking at a morning news conference, Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna asked for the public's help in finding the killer of Saith Israel Toledo Mendez.
Authorities named 20-year-old Andres Adan Chavez as the suspect in the case, alleging he was in a rear passenger seat of a tan four-door sedan that drove up to the gas station pump and parked before the shooting.
