Spanish outlet Hola says Kournikova is roughly halfway through the pregnancy and things are progressing well.

Kournikova and longtime partner Enrique Iglesias already share three children together — 7-year-old twins Lucy and Nicholas and youngster Mary, 5.

While the blonde beauty and the pop superstar have been together since 2001, they have never married.
