DENVER (KDVR) — If you're looking for a new restaurant with shareable plates, soon, there's going to be a Latin American tapas spot on a rooftop in the River North Art District.
Cimera, a Pan-Latin restaurant, is taking over what was The Woods and joining a group of Michelin-recommended and James Beard Award-winning restaurants at The Source Hotel in the Five Points neighborhood.
The Source and Market Hall has restaurants like Safta, Temaki Den and Reunion Bread. It also had The Woods on the hotel's rooftop before it closed in June. By this fall, Cimera will be joining the renowned spots with Peruvian-inspired sushi and sashimi, as well as Latin tapas like empanadas, arepas, anticuchos, tacos and seasonal salads. • Cimera opening soon (Photo credit: Luis Morales & Brandon Smith) • Ci
