JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — Best-selling author John Green will be the keynote speaker for East Tennessee State University's (ETSU) 2026 Festival of Ideas.
Green, best known for "Looking for Alaska," "An Abundance of Katherines," "Paper Towns," "The Fault in Our Stars" and "Turtles All the Way Down," will speak at the festival on Feb. 27 at 7 p.m.
Admission to the festival is free and open to the public. Ticket reservations will be available online later this fall, according to ETSU.
