So a plan for a new restaurant at the busy intersection of 25th Street and William Penn Highway within walking distance of thousands of Easton Area and Wilson Area high school students is raising red flags among Palmer Township officials.
“I believe that the safety of Easton and Wilson high school students is imperative to this project,” Palmer Planning Commission Chairman Jeff Kicska said in an email Thursday.
On top of that, the developer needs to find a way to manage the long lines of cars at the proposed twin drive-thru and find ways to get them in and out of the property safely.
