AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) - Two people were indicted in Randall County after being arrested in late July on charges related to alleged child sexual abuse, endangerment, injury and failure to report child abuse between January 2022 and June 2025.

According to court documents, 45-year-old Truman Lucas was indicted for alleged continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14 that allegedly occurred between January 2022 and December 2023. Truman was also indicted on one count of alleged reckless and negligent child endangerment after allegedly “manufacturing, possessing, or in any way introducing into the body of any person” methamphetamine in the presence of a child in June 2024.
