Chartier joined the Greater Sudbury Cubs in December, emerging as their starter and accompanying them to an NOJHL title and a berth in the Centennial Cup national junior A championship. He also saw his OHL rights traded to the Sudbury Wolves, meaning he would have an opportunity to vie for a spot on their roster at training camp this week.
