A 20-year-old woman has been charged with murder after a gun she was posing with during an early-morning photo shoot in Las Vegas discharged and killed the photographer, Metro Police said today.

Officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 1000 block of Nassau Drive at approximately 4:47 a.m. Friday, police said. The neighborhood is near Washington Avenue and Decatur Boulevard.

They found a male victim on the sidewalk suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives determined Allysandra Blea was posing with a firearm near a vehicle when it discharged, police said.

Blea was arrested Tuesday and booked into the Clark County Detention Center following consultation with the Clark County District Attorney’s Office, officials said.
