SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- Nicholas Selig, who was wanted in connection to the homicide death of Vernon Selig, has been located and taken into custody.

According to a post on Facebook by the Pennington County Sheriff's Office, 30-year-old Nicholas Selig was spotted by a passerby in the 1200 block of Jackson Boulevard.

The location was reported to the police, who responded and confirmed the man was Selig.

Selig has been taken into custody to speak with investigators regarding the death of Vernon Selig.
