ROSENDALE, N.Y. — UlsterCorps is set to bring back its Zombie Escape fundraiser on Saturday, Oct. 25, featuring a 5K timed trail run, 2K walk, and a free 1K fun run for kids, according to an announcement.

The event, taking place at Fifth Lake, off Binnewater Road, benefits UlsterCorps’ non-profit work in the region.

The Zombie Escape begins at 11 a.m. with a free 1K fun run for children, followed by the 5K race and “zombie escape” at 11:30 a.m. and the 2K walk and hike at 11:45 a.m. Awards will be announced at 12:30 p.m. Registration will run from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

All runners, including kids, will receive a themed race medal. Custom awards will be given out in overall and age groups for the 5K.

Entrance fees are $25 for adults and $20 for participants 17 and under for pre-registratio
