STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Authorities allege that a 61-year-old Philadelphia man sold drugs to an undercover officer multiple times at locations on Staten Island’s East Shore.

The defendant also faces a separate 11-count indictment after authorities allege they caught him with fentanyl and other drugs last year in Brooklyn.

Robert Cappello of Delaire Landing Road allegedly exchanged heroin and cocaine for cash with an undercover officer. The transactions occurred in April, May, and June in various locations including New Dorp, Grant City, Midland Beach and Grasmere, according to the criminal complaint.
