APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) - The Pre-Health Commons at Lawrence University is officially open to provide a new and unique living space for students seeking a career in health.
The new living space was designed with collaboration and hands-on learning experiences in mind, as students can apply knowledge from their classes to their living spaces.
The Pre-Health Commons features a test kitchen, allowing students to teach and train others on food, diet and healthy habits coincide with medicine and a person's well-being.
The new space was established through Lawrence University's partnership with Mosaic Family Health and Prevea Health, located in the Fox Commons Building
