“The last swim competition of the season really highlighted the team’s many strengths,” expressed Mark Chantaj, head coach of the SilverRays. Article content Article content

“Everyone was super positive and everyone was really leaving it all at the pool,” added Chantaj. “I think as a team what always stands out is how they support one another.”

Hosted at Edmonton’s Kinsmen Leisure Centre, f our swimmers won gold in 12 individual events. Adrian Melysh won gold in the 14-year-old boys 50-meter breaststroke. Melysh took home gold in two more races; the 100m breaststroke and 200m breaststroke.
