RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - The final Richmond Flying Squirrels game on Sept. 14 at The Diamond is now sold out.

“Millions of people have made memories at The Diamond over the past 40 years,” Flying Squirrels General Manager Anthony Oppermann said in a news release on Thursday. “We knew not everyone could attend the final game of the season, which is why it was important to us to turn the entire final homestand into a farewell celebration.”

During The Diamond’s final week, the Flying Squirrels are hosting Diamonds Aren’t Forever: The Farewell Series , which will feature celebratory promotions, giveaways and more.

The Flying Squirrels are moving to CarMax Park at the start of the 2025-26 season.
