Icess Hall and the Brownwood girls (10-7) are back in action Saturday against Comanche

ALBANY – The Brownwood Lady Lions volleyball team reached double figures in the win column Thursday as they split their first two matches at the Albany tournament.

After opening with a straight-set loss to Jim Ned, Brownwood bounced back with a straight-set victory over De Leon. The Lady Lions, who have won seven of their last 10 matches, now own a 10-7 season record.

Brownwood will resume Albany tournament action on Saturday against Comanche.
