The Minneapolis shooter Robin Westman was reportedly “obsessed” with the notion of killing minors and had carried out surveillance of his target in the months before the grim attack. ‌

Westman, who legally changed his name from Robert in 2020, gunned down two children and wounded at least 17 others at Annunciation Catholic School around 8:30am on Wednesday during morning mass. ‌
