Bill Belichick will soon say goodbye to his cozy Nantucket beach house .

The former New England Patriots head coach’s $4 million cottage is currently under a contingent offer, per the property’s Coldwell Banker listing . The news comes just days after the 73-year-old listed the property on Aug. 22.

It is not clear how much the potential buyer offered, but the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom house had a $3.895 million asking price.
