COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL)- We are tracking scattered showers moving across Missisippi and Alabama this evening. Those will continue to enter the region tonight. Scattered showers are possible for your Friday morning commute.

Labor Day Weekend: Afternoon readings will dip into the lower 80s for Labor Day weekend, as we track more clouds in the forecast. Isolated showers will linger through the start of next week. Winds will also be breezy, gusting up to 15 mph.

Next Week: After Labor Day, the stalled front is set to clear. Sunshine will return to our forecast by the middle of the week. Temperatures will begin to warm back up into the upper 80s.
