DU QUOIN — Gov. JB Pritzker has announced a $16.4 million investment to repair roads at the Du Quoin State Fairgrounds, marking another major upgrade at one of Southern Illinois’ most historic sites.

The roadwork is part of more than $30 million in Rebuild Illinois funding already dedicated to the fairgrounds, bringing total improvements under Pritzker’s administration to more than $50 million when combined with other completed projects.
