Temperatures will be a bit warmer as we head into the holiday weekend, but still average to slightly below average for this time of the year .

FRIDAY’S FORECAST

Friday will see a mix of sunshine and cloud cover with highs in the middle 80s. Clearing is expected heading into the weekend and continuing into next week.

LOOKING AHEAD

An upper level storm system is trending a bit stronger for an arrival of early next week. This will bring us extra cloud cover and perhaps a slim chance of rain. Rain chances look low and are needed as dry conditions continue to expand across the state.

Temperatures are likely to take another dive towards the end of the week as a strong cold front moves through the region, bringing another slight chance of rain.
