Ahead of Overdose Awareness Day this Sunday, WIS sat down with two members of the community, Amber Frazier, a harm reduction specialist with The Courage Center, and Jodi Friend, a mother who lost her son to an overdose. Two events to mark the day on Sunday will take place in Lexington County, one in Pelion, where residents say overdose prevention help is sorely needed.
