UPDATE: Alex Juwan Stallion, 27, faces a first-degree murder charge after the "targeted" killing of a 29-year-old man outside the Missionary Ridge Tunnel on August 19.

He's currently in custody at the Hamilton County Jail and Detention Center, the Chattanooga Police Department said.

CPD's Fugitive Unit and the Smoky Mountain Fugitive Task Force made the arrest.
