WILLIAMSPORT — Raymond Kraynak lost another appeal in his fight to overturn a 15-year federal sentence.

Chief U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann ordered that Kraynak's motion to either vacate, set aside or correct a 15-year federal prison sentence is denied, and the judge declined to issue a certificate of appealability. The paperwork was filed in the Middle District of Pennsylvania in Williamsport on Aug. 14.
