ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - A champion was crowned this week, from August 26 to August 28, at the Abilene Women’s Open, a professional women’s golf tournament on the ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour, held at the South Course of the Abilene Country Club.

Australia’s Jennifer Elliot took the win, finishing 12-under par to claim the title over a field of 127 professional golfers from across the United States and around the world.

At the event, the winner receives a $10,000 prize check, a tournament exemption into the Epson Tour’s Guardian Championship (September 12–14), and 500 points toward the Callaway Race to qualifying standings.
