Test water wells at Franklin County proposed prison site register low but Corrections leader says drilling deeper required

CHARLESTON -- Final results from test water wells drilled in late July on the Franklin County property where the state plans to build a 3,000-bed prison are in and the water flow is a fraction of what such a facility would need.
