TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— The Swope Art Museum in Terre Haute is still under renovation. However, the museum is moving forward with the 81st Wabash Valley Exhibition.
The event is moving a few blocks from the museum's location on 7th Street to the Yang Family Art Gallery in the Landini Center on ISU's campus. The artists' reception and awards presentation will take place on Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The Swope will be offering over 10 thousand dollars in awards and purchase prizes. The exhibition is open right now and is free to the public. It features 72 artists from 5 different states.
