Many fans of the Philadelphia Eagles — and the rest of the NFC East, for that matter — are rejoicing after the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday traded Micah Parsons out of the division and to the Green Bay Packers.
But hold your horses Philly fans.
Sure, this means it gets even easier for the Eagles to beat their arch-enemy, but that was already pretty easy. The Cowboys were not very good with Parsons and will either stay the same — or get worse — after the trade.
But that doesn’t matter. Dallas has very little chance of beating the Eagles in their two meetings this season, even if Parsons was in the lineup and put on All-Pro performances. The Cowboys are a mess, or as they like to say in Philly, “they s—.”
