One man died Thursday after a stabbing in Monument Valley Park, according to an online blotter entry by the Colorado Springs Police Department.
A call came in around 8:15 a.m. from near the intersection of Cache La Poudre and Mesa Road on a trail under a bridge by the park, according to the entry. The area was taped off after the homicide unit arrived around an hour later, police told The Gazette.
There were no arrests made and there are no suspects, according to the entry.
The man was stabbed once, police said. The victim's identity will be released after confirmation by the El Paso County Coroner's Office.
