Man charged in Fayette County hit-and-run thought he ran over deer, court paperwork says

A West Virginia man is charged with the hit and run that left a 70-year-old woman dead in Fairchance, Fayette County on Wednesday. According to court papers, the driver thought he hit a deer. KDKA-TV's Chris Hoffman reports.
