WACO, Texas (KWTX) - The first TFNB Your Bank for Life Charity Champion of the year is working to make sure sporting events come to and remain in McLennan County.

Charity Champions are nonprofit organizations chosen by TFNB Your Bank For Life employees after being nominated by the community.

The nonprofits are then given free leadership training and a free marketing campaign.

The Greater Waco Sports Commission is first up this Baylor football season.

The nonprofit has been behind some of the largest sporting events in county history.
