KNOXVILLE, Tenn — East Tennessee Addiction Specialists in Knoxville is changing lives.

The center offers nutrition programming, banking and budgeting classes, and therapy sessions. They also have frequent discussions on boundaries and triggers, learning about different coping skills and healthy habits.

"About 3 months ago, a friend of mine told me about East Tennessee Addiction Specialists," Russell Wells said. "I thought, man, that'd be awesome if I could do that because I need to beat this sickness that I'm dealing with.”

Wells said he's been in and out of multiple rehab centers before, but couldn't get past the three-month mark. He just graduated from East Tennessee Addiction Specialists.

"Since I've went through this program and graduated, it's made me a totally different person,"
