Work on the Susanville 139 Paving Project in Lassen County will resume on Wednesday, September 3, with night-time paving operations, according to Caltrans District 2.

Drivers can expect one-way traffic control with a pilot car from September 3-5, Monday through Friday.

Beginning September 8, crews will continue paving and guardrail work north of Spring Ridge Road, with one-way traffic control during the day.

Delays are expected to be up to 10 minutes. On unpaved surfaces, 24-hour traffic control will be in place. There will be no traffic control or delays during the Labor Day weekend.

Emergency vehicles will be accommodated through the construction zone, and motorists are encouraged to plan to leave early to arrive at their destinations on time.
