EVANS, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Charges against a woman accused of killing her mother with a deadly morphine dose were dismissed on Thursday.

Rachel Waters was charged with murder after allegedly giving her mother a lethal dose of morphine at Marshall Pines Assisted Living and Memory Care in Evans.

Dr. Keith Lehman, associate medical examiner with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, amended Foster’s manner of death from “homicide” to “undetermined,” according to documents.
