FARGO — Losers of three straight, Jake Dyhoff steered Fargo-Moorhead back in the winning direction on Thursday night at Newman Outdoor Field. Allowing a second-inning home run as his only hit allowed, Dykhoff sailed through 7⅓ innings as the RedHawks had to fend off Winnipeg late for a 5-4 win.

Jose Sermo hit a two-run home run in the first inning for the RedHawks. Fargo-Moorhead would add three more in the second with Nicholas Northcut's RBI single, Aiden Byrne's sacrifice fly and Lamar Sparks' run-scoring single.

Matthew Warkentin drilled a 1-2 offering from Dyhoff over the wall in the second inning.
