CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Thousands of runners are expected to take part in the 43rd annual Women’s Four Miler race this weekend, with proceeds benefiting breast cancer care at UVA Health.

The women’s-only race, organized by Foxfield and the Charlottesville Track Club, has grown into the largest of its kind in Virginia.
