Today has been relatively calm south of I70, with temperatures only slightly below average. While there have been some clouds in the sky from time to time, the Grand Valley has been quite sunny, too. Tomorrow will be a brief change-up as a cold front moves through, bringing us cloudy skies and a high of only 79°. Some light precipitation is also expected in the Grand Valley. With the angle of the front, however, I do think that most of the heaviest rainfall will once again be towards our north in Garfield and Rio Blanco counties. The rest of Labor day weekend will be quite pleasant, with sunny skies and temperatures in the low-to-mid 80s. Next week will be near-average in the upper 80s and low 90s with sunny skies throughout.
