THE COLONY--- Tommy Briggs Stadium played host to The Colony’s 2025 football opener where the Cougars took on Keller Fossil Ridge, hoping to replicate their three-possession win in 2024.

After 48 minutes of play, they had done that and more. The defense allowed just 166 yards of offense while their own found the end zone seven times, pushing the Cougars to a 46-0 win and moving to 1-0.
